The cathedral is a 13th classified historic monument. Other charm of this city : the medieval houses and the cobblestone streets.

This Corsair city is well-known for its superb old citadelle. You can walk all around the fortress along this city's ramparts and enjoy the view of Emerald Coast. Inside the remparts you are in a lively and very characterful city. Spring tides are specially spectacular along the remparts.


A small medieval town with ancient steets and the Chateaubriand's castle.

The bay is famous for its very large tidal range.
It's a spectacular site for it's flora and fauna (dolphin, sea calves, otter...).
It is also a major spot for oyster and mussel-farming.


On the other side of Couesnon river, in Normandy, at 20 kms from home, Mont-Saint-Michel, the "Wonder of the Western World". At the top of the rock the Abbey.



A lovely harbour well-known for oyster and mussel-farming protected from the pollution by the great tide range. Do not miss the scenic route with a magnific view on the La Houle port and Mont-saint-Michel Bay.

Dinan, Dinard, Saint-Suliac

Dinan is one of the most exquisite cities of Brittany very well protected over the centuries.
Dinard, along the Emerald Coast on the other side of Rance Valley.
Saint-Suliac a lovely little fishing port.
